Mouthwash

Good oral hygiene involves brushing your teeth at least twice a day and flossing before bedtime to prevent plaque from staying on your teeth all night long. To round out this routine, you may also want to include mouthwash.

Using mouthwash alone is to be avoided, as it is significantly less effective than brushing and flossing. However, adding it to your routine can improve your oral health.
