INFORMATION COLLECTED IN THE “MY SMILE” SECTION
The “MY SMILE” section asks you to provide personal information (first name, last name, email address, street address, etc.). This information is collected to personalize your visits to our centres as well as to ensure you receive our newsletter, appointment reminders and other relevant information if you so desire. Note that you can easily unsubscribe or change your preferences with regard to how you use this section in the “My Profile” section.
The “MY SMILE” section lets you:
- Save time by accessing your personal file online wherever you are
- Manage your appointment and those of your family
- Manage your profile and password
- Allow you to subscribe to the Lapointe newsletter
- Access the product sheets of your care and treatments
CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
CDL warrants that no personal information collected in the MY SMILE section shall be disclosed to any third party unless required by law. Since safeguarding privacy and confidentiality are priorities for CDL, the company agrees not to commercialize the list of MY SMILE section users. Only authorized persons trained to comply with CDL’s privacy and confidentiality policy have access to the personal information in this section.
Use of your personal information
CDL may use your personal information to communicate and correspond with you, respond to your inquiries or for any other reason permitted by law.
