Insurance
At Lapointe Dental Centres, all dental insurance programs are accepted.
We invite you to contact your insurance company to find out the terms and conditions of coverage for eligible dental care under your policy.
If the dental care is covered by your insurance, we invite you to have your policy information on hand when you come to the clinic. Whenever possible, we deal directly with your insurance company online in order to obtain an immediate response on your coverage and thus allow you, if necessary, to pay only the non-covered portion of the treatment you received.
Tax credits
At both the provincial and federal levels, a tax credit** can be applied to the portion of medical expenses that have not been reimbursed by an insurance company. Dental expenses are part of medical expenses and are therefore eligible for such tax credits, which can reduce your actual expenses for the care you received.
For more information on eligible expenses, we invite you to consult the websites of Revenu Québec and Revenu Canada.
Payment plan
An installment plan can be arranged for orthodontic treatments only. We will ask you for a down payment first and then set up monthly payments by direct withdrawals.
