You\u2019ve been told over and over, by your dentist, your hygienist, and even your mother! Brush your teeth at least twice a day.<\/p>\n<p>And don\u2019t forget to floss!<\/p>\n<p>However, too many people brush their teeth at random times. Brushing your teeth when you get up, before you eat breakfast, for example, is not the best time. You must brush your teeth immediately after meals for it to be beneficial. Brush thoroughly and regularly. Brushing is the main way to prevent cavities and gum disease, so don\u2019t neglect this important part of your personal hygiene regimen.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a habit that\u2019s quick to develop and that will only benefit you in the end.
