Groupe dentaires Lapointe is currently looking for a talented acquisition advisor to join the human resources team at its head office. Under the responsibility of the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for the entire recruitment cycle.

The position is carried out by telework and may require an occasional presence at the head office located in Longueuil.

This is a permanent full-time position.

WHAT DOES THIS POSITION INVOLVE

  • Arrange to advertise or post vacancies;
  • Identify the best candidates according to the profiles sought;
  • Select, evaluate and propose the best talent to managers;
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients to ensure timely follow-ups;
  • Exercise an advisory role in the entire recruitment process;
  • Conduct pre-employment checks as required;
  • Be on the lookout for new trends and best practices in terms of talent acquisition;
  • Innovate and improve recruitment strategies and attraction tools;
  • Develop various documents to continuously improve existing staffing processes;
  • Conduct exit interviews;
  • Collaborate in the development of the organization’s brand image as an employer of choice;
  • Plan and participate in various networking activities and visibility events;
  • Ensure the maintenance and management of the referral program;
  • Promote and coordinate internships and maintain related information;
  • Send, receive, verify and compile documentation related to the hiring of staff;
  • Respond to Statistics Canada’s job vacancy and wage surveys;
  • Act as the lead for the procurement of uniforms for all employees;
  • Collaborate on various projects related to the human resources department;
  • Perform any other responsibilities or tasks that may be assigned to it.

WHAT IS A GOOD “FIT” FOR THE JOB

  • Hold a university degree in human resources management (combined experience may be considered equivalent);
  • Hold a minimum of three (3) years in a similar function;
  • Very good communication in French ans English, both orally and in writing;
  • Very good command of the Office Suite;
  • Attention to detail and a work structure;
  • Able to establish trusting relationships with colleagues and internal clients;
  • Good management of time and priorities;
  • Dynamism and motivation in the face of new recruitment trends.
